Rob went above and beyond in his service. He showed up on time as promised. There was a rain delay and one of his workers was out sick, but they still completed the project in less than a week. We hired RB Landscaping to install a retaining wall, a patio with a fire pit and seating wall, and to regrade, sod, mulch and plant trees. Rob and Rebecca were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Their team was professional and did high quality work. We are so happy we have a usable backyard that our whole family can enjoy now! Highly recommend.
I was going to wait until the RB team was done to write this but they are 90% done and I’m so happy so far that I decided to go ahead. I received quotes from multiple landscapers and RB came in better on pricing–but they also just seemed eager to have my business (whereas with some of the others there was NO urgency). I originally heard about them from our neighborhood Facebook page, on which multiple families chimed in with strong recommendations for RB.This is a brother-sister team which is pretty cool. Rob is the owner (or maybe co-owner with his sister), from what i understand, and he has been out here working as hard or harder than anyone on his team (always impressive). His sister handled the quote and scheduling and was friendly and responsive. They have been extremely responsive overall, and flexible on the schedule so that I could squeeze the job in before my HOA approval expired.
After meeting with several landscapers, it was clear that Rob and RB landscaping would bring our backyard vision to reality! From the start he was pleasant to work with, flexible with any new ideas or changes that came up during the install, and ended up giving us a stunning backyard!! The crew kept a neat and tidy site, cleaned up each day before leaving, and were very courteous! RB will be our only call for any future landscaping needs!

RB Landscaping went above and beyond in creating a patio and walk way for my townhouse. The walk way was once a grassy mess is now replaced by a beautiful stone walk way with lights. The crew worked hard and were available to answer any of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to renovate their backyard.

Upon completion of a form on their web site, I received a call from Matt. He scheduled an appointment right away. After explaining the problem, Matt was very focused on what it would take to resolve the issue. Matt indicated he would like to come back with the owner, Rob, to make certain he agreed with his assessment. They were back out right away and we were ready to go. An army of workers rolled in on the morning the work began. I couldn’t believe how much was accomplished in a short period of time. One day my yard was full of trenches and the next day you couldn’t even tell any digging had taken place. It took them a total of 7 days to complete the entire job and they stayed with it until it was done. John managed the project and was very accommodating and polite. The entire crew was hard working and obviously took pride in the work they do. At the end of each day they cleaned up and left things tidy.

Rob was great to work with. He outlined our vision for our patio, discussed all that he and his crew would do and then totally did the job as promised. As a matter of fact, they even did a little extra by creating some surrounding beds and adding some mulch. Great communication with Rob and Rebecca before, during, and after. We are really pleased with our patio, feel confident that Rob backs his work and would use him again in the future!
We worked with the RB crew on a project of significant scope (>$50k) that included a wraparound paver walkway, custom trellises, and a firepit with seating area. From the very beginning, the team was attentive, helpful, and easy to work with. We met multiple times with Matt to discuss the scope of the project, our vision for the final product, and design elements we were most interested in. Matt learned our preferences and made suggestions for paver types, colors, and layouts to best fit our specific project in our style. Matt was easy to get ahold of when questions came up and was an asset in the beginning phase of the process. The budget and scope was provided clearly and in writing upfront.
We also worked closely with Rob throughout the completion of the project. He came to our home multiple times before construction began to clarify our expectations and hopes, as well as to lay out in detail each step of the process. We appreciated Rob’s thoughtfulness and time spent with us throughout the project. He was on site daily meeting with his crew and was always available to us when we had questions or concerns. Changes in scope or estimates were provided in writing with reasonable frequency throughout. It was clear Rob and his crew knew what they were doing both operationally (Rebecca who runs the back-office is an absolute treat to work with) and in terms of execution.
We were so pleased with how the first project went that we asked the RB landscaping crew back to help us with grading work and reseeding our entire lawn. This time, we had the opportunity to work with Justin, who was absolutely terrific. I was SO impressed with how he stuck by the job site to ensure the crew got off to the right start, asked questions and walked the site with me to ensure no detail was lost – and the work quality certainly showed it. I have never felt more “in step” with a contractor than him. Tremendous.
We appreciate the RB crew’s hard work and dedication to our project and the process of beautifying our home. After talking to many different landscapers, my husband and I decided to go with RB and could not be happier with our decision! While many companies could not be bothered to return a phone call or follow through with an estimate, Rob and Rebecca were extremely responsive and more than willing to take the time to answer any questions we had. Rob even came by several times after working other jobs to answer questions or give us suggestions before our project even started. Rob and his crew went above and beyond every step of the project. Wow, a landscaping company that actually returns phone calls, shows up on time, says what they’re going to do – then does it! Rob and crew did a great job of refurbishing our deteriorating pool paver deck – and went the extra mile to finish up before several days of predicted rainfall. Crew was polite, hardworking, and professional. Communication from Rob was exceptional. Could not recommend RB Landscaping more highly.
We have been using RB Landscaping for many years now… probably since Rob started up his own business and we have always been exceptionally pleased with their services. The work is great and the crews are always receptive to our requests for additional trimming, pruning, etc. Rebecca, the office manager, is always responsive and runs operations on a tight schedule.
